Rabbit in wonderland!
The Rabbit is an evolving concept. Alexander Guerra is the man behind the rabbit mask. He is hot!! Oh yes! Alexander is an artist and photographer based in Miami/Florida. His self-portraits are fun, super sexy and the man has an eye for colors. We at KALTBLUT like his work a lot.
Set in surreal scenes Guerra builds a tension between the innocence of a bunny and a sexually aggressive , very male hare.
Alexander Guerra: ” The Rabbits have become my alter egos and the faces of my internal and external explorations. They are my traveling souvenirs, conceived at home and sometimes on the road, each mask pregnant with the next. Together we are free to be coy, provocative, mischievous, humorous and erotic.”
He says: “The rabbit/s are awkwardly posing. Sometimes suggestively sexual and mysterious, while other times, playful and mischievous. a rabbit/bunny is typically innocent looking and cuddly. then you have my Rabbit/s this/these persona/s who play on the ironically innocent looking and cuddly while still being dark, sexy and flirtatious. the rabbit is an exhibitionist. he demands attention and in most cases is staring intensely to grab that attention.”
His work is a mix of bizarre travel stories. Over the past years, Guerra has unleashed his rabbit army on the world, immortalizing his rabbit in Paris, Tokyo, Sydney, Berlin , Rome and more. His work is shown in different magazines and in the blog world.
Some one asked him once: If you weren’t an artist/photographer/rabbit, what other profession would you choose?
Guerra says: “I’d be an undercover cop. I’d still get to dress up and be someone else while I used creative ways to solve crimes.”
The man is an eye catcher, his photography is wonderful, funny and always super hot. We Like!
