A dragon fierce and faithful
If I have to think about a warrior in the future. I think about a special girl, grown up with the wolves. A special girl fighting for nature and against all the bad things in the world. A special girl inspired by the myths of ancient goddesses. Anne Sofie Madsen´s collection reminds me to modern warriors fighting with the big city jungle with all its dragons and monsters.
Graceful as Amazons with bone-like elements and materials, the beautiful sweeping recalls the depth of the sea, futuristic, mysterious at the same time.
I wish i had a Dragon with diamond -studded scales,
with claws like silver sabers,
And fangs like silver nails,
a dragon fierce and faithful,
always ready by my side,
A dragon to defend me or take me for a ride.
Ethnic motifs and patterns let me dive into a fantasy world, in spite of the reduced color fascinated by the collection of wearable cuts and delicate fabrics mixed with leather. Miss Madsen gives women the courage to go against the mainstream and to shine in her design.
A collection to enjoy and to stimulate the despondency to make it in everyday life. To full courage to walk through the fashion world at the end of victories! —- Even against your own dragons and demons.
For me at this point has won the Danish designer Anne Sofie Madsen. A collection like a modern armor for a galactic ready to wear look! Let’s go to a beautiful sunny day!

About ANNE SOFIE MADSEN
Born and raised in Denmark, Anne Sofie Madsen studied at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts School of Design. Anne Sofie Madsen trained under John Galliano for Dior in Paris and worked for acclaimed trend forecasters Peclers, before moving to London to work for Alexander McQueen as Junior Designer. With an impressive resume Anne Sofie Madsen debuted with her couture-inspired collection during London Fashion Week in 2010, announced by the Vauxhall Fashion Scout as a new rising talent. Anne Sofie Madsen launched her eponymous label followed by the debut of her SS12 capsule collection during Copenhagen Fashion Week in August 2011 which was described by American Vogue as being;
“(…) an impressive runway debut for a designer whose work experiences chez Galliano and McQueen have clearly paid dividends.” - Hamish Bowles, American Vogue
