Anita Bugni is a filmmaker and photographer born in Buenos Aires in 1986. She spent her formative years in Spain and won the Master Ile-de-France scholarship which allowed her to study in Paris where she specialized in Cinematographic and Audiovisual Studies with renowned teachers such as Alain Bergala and Philippe Dubois. Upon completion of her studies, she returned to Buenos Aires in 2012 where she dedicated herself to poetry and photography. In 2015 she produced the exhibition “Off The Record” with more than thirty portraits of local musicians documenting the independent music scene in Buenos Aires. Today she works as a photographer in different graphic and cultural medias such as La Nación and Rolling Stone. She has also directed numerous music videos. Her work has been published in Argentina, Mexico, the UK and Germany.
