After a truly remarkable 2013 edition, Ciclope International Festival of Craft is getting back to Berlin on 6th and 7th November 2014, with an outstanding line up of speakers and jurors. In its 5th edition, the only international event fully dedicated to the “craft” in moving image will continue honoring the art of execution in more than 20 categories including Direction, Visual Effects, Production Design, 3D Animation, Sound Design, Music Video, Mobile App and Live Experience, among others. Ciclope’s guest list of speakers and jurors gathers names such as director Ringan Ledwidge (UK), Georges Bermann (Partizan, France), Ben Davies (Droga5, US), David Smith (W+K Amstedam), Carlos Bayala (Mother, UK), Davud Karbassioun (BBH London, UK), Johannes Ahlund (B-Reel, Sweden), Falk Eumann (Caviar Digital, US), Sarah Barclay (JWT NY, US), Marisa Clifford (Pulse Films, UK), Gerrit Zinke (thjnk, Germany), Christian Hibbeler (Jung von Matt, Germany), among many others.
Unlike advertising festivals, this event focuses on the art of execution, rather than the ideas. Annually held since 2010, it has become a platform for directors, creatives, artists, producers, digital creatives and clients to share knowledge, network, be inspired and celebrate the best work.
