Sam Morris is a performance & film artist from London currently exploring the selfie in moving visuals on his new subscription website. While battling with platform censorship, he launched a members only website in which he creates one film a week, following himself from an observational and voyeuristic perspective. The films celebrate the male form, in a natural, and sometimes conceptualised environment, with himself as the main subject. While taking inspiration from artists such as Warhol, & Hockney, and filmmakers like John Cameron Mitchell, the visual aesthetic of capturing the mundane, while involving his poetry, dance, body and writing, creates a unique visual treat for those who are willing to immerse themselves in something slightly different from the usual Instagram voyeur.
