Lena Pogrebnaya is a photographer and architect based in Ukraine. Her last serie Heeling Green is about duality. Playing with colors, structures, fabrics and architectures, Pogrebnaya manage to produce a very strong story line. Model is Lora Ishuinova.
“Green color is a symbiosis of yellow and blue, therefore it is mentally dual. From one side it is a boundless energy, from another side an overwhelming tranquility. Subconsciously green color represents growth, development and harmony in nature. And you feel this unbelievable unity in Springtime, this thin connection of nature and human, how you entirely depend on it, how you fall asleep with it, and wake up, ready for new challenges.”
