Aminda Villa is a photographer based in Phoenix, Arizona and Minneapolis, Minnesota. Her motto is “What the hell? Let’s try it..” The concept behind the imagery, is a mashup between two trips Aminda took last year: one to Morocco, Africa and the other to Honolulu, Hawaii. These two experiences could not be anymore opposite, however there’s no way she could have pick a favorite. So, Aminda mashed them together.
” The two different cultures. The two different cameras. The subject matter. The mood. The temperature. The language. Everything about these trips were polar opposites, but somehow look beautiful together, and belong together. ”
