Created by new in-house designer Andrea D’Auria, these are the first in a series of printed t-shirts and sweaters individually made in their Berlin studio. Named “Generation Y”, as the acclaimed label welcomes new artists into the Hotflush family for 2017, these designs reflect winding roads, fresh landscapes and new horizons.
Photography by Andrea D’Auria. A photographer and art director based in Berlin, working and publishing internationally. In the last 3 years he count collaborations as art director with Nike Europe and Berlin Fashion Week and some Berlin major clubs and music labels.
In the art/photography scene he is highly proactive, in Berlin and Rome where he has been exhibited many time (group and solo), in places like Urban Spree, Berlin Alternative Fashion Week and the Artist is Broke in Blender Studio.
His work was also published by several online magazines and platforms, one of the latest was on Curated by Girls. Last year he began to work as Curator, when he was invited from the Berlin Alternative Fashion Week to organise and curate a group exhibition featuring some of the best emerging and established artists and photographers in the Berlin scene. Last month he began a new curatorial project called “Fake Realities”, in collaboration with Blender Studio, Impossible project and the artists Caroline Fayette, Philipp Pusch and Olof Larsson the first exhibition took place in Rome and the show has already been set up in Paris for the next October. Now he is working on the realisation of his first photography book, but has also different zines and artistic projects in production.
