An other way of art!
Multitalented Kirill Orlov was born july 11th 1988 in Moscow. He is taking amazing photos and photographs of his surroundings and apart from that he has time he plays music, recording all the stuff by myself.
KALTBLUT: How did you start photography?
Kirill: It’s a kinda hard question, my first photo I took when I was 15 or something like that, I took my mom’s camera and took a shot of my brother, but it always was just for fun, and stays so, without any pretence to call myself a photographer, I just like to take photos, and sometimes someone likes them and wants to use them and I feel good cause they like the photos and see the same thing that I saw when I took the picture.
KALTBLUT: If you had to pick three of your favorite artist, who would they be and why?
Kirill: I can pick only one – boogie www.artcoup.com He catches timing perfectly. i think thats the main thing.
KALTBLUT: Your are both a musician and a photographer do you combine these two? or do you like to keep them separate?
Kirill: Sometimes I put my works on covers of my releases, but it never goes more that that.
KALTBLUT: You are working in a tattoo shop now, what new experiences do you make and how does it affect your art?
Kirill: New work is always a lot of new experience in any way. I’m just doing management there, but a girl who is a tattoo artist in our studio, once said that the pictures that I draw are awesome and I should start making tattoos. And I started, but its just for fun, not many people will appreciate my works. So I discovered another way of art that I can do, thats my new experience.
