After a strong debut with their leading single ‘Ness’, the LA based duo MIKNNA (mə-KEHN-ə) has come back yet again with another unforgettable record: ‘Trinity Ave’. Crafted like a 5 course meal, it has an uptempo, bass heavy dance-hall rhythm; sprinkled with just enough funk, r&b, rap, and rock. ‘Trinity Ave’ tells an authentic love story about feeling lost and confused while trying to remain optimistic in a failing relationship.
MIKNNA is an emerging producer/artist duo comprised of Los Angeles natives Ken Nana and Mike B. From producing songs with Terrace Martin, Jay 305 and Kembe X, to collaborations with Anderson .Paak and The Free Nationals, the Los Angeles natives are no strangers to the new wave coming out of their hometown. MIKNNA’s sound is a distinctive brand of stripped-down electronic soul with retro synth sounds combined with 808s and hard hitting drums. Ken provides a nostalgic backdrop for Mike to sing and rap over. They will be releasing their first joint EP titled “50|50 (All Seasons)” powered by their collective, NANA LIFESTYLE.
