Photography by Peter Sander!
“Not Afraid To Grow Up” by Peter Sander is one of our favorite editorials. The young and very talented photographer Peter Sander is based in Dortmund/Germany. I am totally into his work and I think he is one the way to be a big fashion photographer. Jil-Maria from No-Toys Düsseldorf is a classic beauty, a model in love with the camera.
The collection in the editorial is by fashion designer Laura Keil. We love the color line. The design is clean and we like it a lot. Laura Keil studied fashion design in Trier/Germany. Not Afraid To grow Up is her final work for the university. Well done Miss Keil.
Peter Sander, born in 1988. Photography, art, music and fashion that is his life! He says: “I started photography many years ago. More intensive since 2006. Now I study photography in Dortmund/Germany.”

Introvideo for the collection “Not afraid to grow up” by Laura Keil,
Show12 – diploma fashion show 2012, University of Applied Sciences and Arts Trier. The videos are designed and developed to be a short intro for each collection. They have an average time of 30 seconds.
Every video was played before the additional collection.
Their purpose is to convey the mood of the upcoming collection.
The body language of the models, cinematography, cut and sound reflect the attributes of the collections. The split screen was a result of the locations possibilities (Level 4 of an underground parking garage).
Because of the uneven projection surface the image had to be projected with two separate beamers instead of just one. Therefore it was possible to split the detail- and total video in two separate projections. For presentational purposes on vimeo I combined both videos to one. The sound was created in Logic Pro in combination with a midi keyboard and a Gibson SG Special. Make-Up: Miriam König ( igelproduction.com/ )
