Australian newcomer Mallrat has just dropped a killer new song ‘Tokyo Drift’! The 17-year old combines a peculiar blend of shoegaze/hip-hop/bedroom pop/chillwave – something very listenable at the end of the day. Mallrat tells us the song is dedicated to sadboy king Yung Lean, which somehow makes complete sense. ‘Tokyo Drift’ was produced by Rey Reel and it’s off the singer’s ‘Uninvited’ EP, which is out now.
