KRÍA – ‘Pressure’

Directed and shot by Ágústa Ýr Guðmundsdóttir is the amazing new video for KRÍA’s ‘Pressure’. Speaking of the video, KRÍA says, “ Pressure is about being reborn and free, in the video I’m travelling through different dimensions. Lulu James – ‘It’s The Time’

Known for her evocative and distinctive sound, singer Lulu James returns with two brand new singles via a double A-side EP. Her upcoming releases feature work with award winning producer Ronni Vindalh, who has written and produced albums for MO and Kendrick Lamar, and a collaboration with British producers Gorgon City. First single ‘It’s the Time’, has just been unveiled, and was written with Ronni Vindalh. It is delivered alongside a conceptual music video, which premiered with Notion magazine this afternoon. “It’s a melodramatic 21st Century Soul track. I wrote this song with the amazing Ronni Vindalh in my kitchen during probably one of the most difficult times of my life. So I spoke to the universe, riding this beat with my words.” – Lulu James.

Soft Hair – ‘Lying Has To Stop’

Connan Mockasin And Sam Dust Are Soft Hair, and they’re fabulous. New Zealander Connan has previously worked with James Blake and released two solo albums of twisted psych-pop in Forever Dolphin Love and Caramel. Sam Dust, meanwhile, was a member of hyper-active British band Late Of The Pier who burned bright before splitting in 2010. He returned last year as LA Priest and released his impressive debut Inji. During the past five years the two friends have written and recorded material together, though nothing has ever been released. The pair have just announced details of their new collaborative project, Soft Hair, along with a super trippy video for “Lying Has To Stop.”

Trentemøller – ‘Redefine’

‘Redefine’ is the second single taken from Trentemøller‘s new album ‘Fixion’ and features Marie Fisker on vocals. Marie Fisker, a mainstay of the Trentemøller live constellation, has also been a long-time studio collaborator of Anders and her four songs on ‘Fixion’ mark their third musical partnership. ‘Redefine’ also comes with a new video by Åsa Riton and Andreas Emenius who are directing the music videos as well as creating tour visuals and art installations that will be shown in galleries in Copenhagen, New York and Paris. The result will be a total media experience that touches on physical locations, online platforms and video installations. “Shot in Copenhagen the video captures a random meeting between a boy and a girl,” says Emenius, “set in an uncanny supermarket amongst washing powder, peanut butter and Dolphin cereals. A destructive love story between a girl and her prey, involving a text message gone wrong, naked shoppers, eggs and money rain.”

Allie X – ‘All the Rage’

Allie X has been hard at work on her forthcoming full length debut, but in the meantime, never a girl to sit still, Ms. Allie X has teamed up and dressed up with the ever fierce Violet Chachaki to bring you a video for new track ‘All The Rage’. The track is taken fro Allie’s direct to fan project called “CollXtion II Unsolved”, available now. Never needing an excuse to don stilettos and take an outing to PCH, Allie X meets her dominant alter-ego along the way for the Jungle George/Maluko Haus directed clip. It’s super trashy and we love it!
