#EditorsPick – UMA (Ella and Florian) are a Berlin based indie-tronic duo who release their 2nd album “If You Fall, Someone Will Notice” on 28th September. The album is an evolution from their debut self titled album released in 2014. The album includes the singles “A Remedy (to argue how i feel)” and “What We Fear Is Lost” has the moody feeling of a futuristic dystopian soundtrack but has strong messages of togetherness and oneness. Mixing pop and experimental electronica the album draws on its Berlin influences and the atmosphere of Berlin’s Funkhaus (the old East German Radio studios).
‘What We Fear is Lost’ off UMA’s album ‘If you fall, someone will notice’ is a romantic phantasy to leave space for visions, space for new things, space for the foreign and space for solidarity so that we as a society can grow, or just change for the better.
