#Lookbook – May I introduce you to Gunther?! After growing up in France and graduating from Parsons New York, The New School of Design, Naomi Gunther decided to move back to Paris to start her contemporary luxury menswear label: GUNTHER.
Its first collection explores Paris as its main source of inspiration: its streets and its sidewalks. This vibe reflects on the heavy textures, cuts, rope details, fine materials and prints GUNTHER uses in its designs. It is the meeting of old know-how and a modern aesthetic. All the pieces are made in Paris, using the craftsmanship of Parisian ateliers.
GUNTHER uses bio or natural raw materials, but also recycled fabrics. The Parisian label produces at a small-scale to avoid waste. With this design and process, the brand guarantees very limited editions of each design and constant renewal. Designs can remain the same, however, fabrics can change, which makes every piece unique. The young Parisian label who made a lot of noise during last PFW when Offset wore one of their pieces, is finally dropping the first part of their collection this Friday, 29th of March at 4:00 PM (GMT +1) on guntherparis.com
