HALO A/W20: Military Inspired, Multifunctional Street Apparel
#Campaign – Fusing military-inspired functionality with contemporary Scandinavian sports style, HALO’s AW20 offering takes the Danish brand back to its roots. The forthcoming collection channels all aspects of military clothing across combat, training and off-duty wear to deliver an array of unisex multi-purpose street apparel designed for the everyday.
Founded in 2015 by designer Malkit Singh and STORM Copenhagen’s Rasmus Storm, HALO’s design remains rooted in the culture surrounding the Danish Special Forces; a clear focus placed in particular to the parachute regiment. All pieces in the collection are to this day tested alongside soldiers in Denmark, ensuring each piece adheres to the brand’s benchmark characteristics of visibility, durability and comfort; qualities encapsulated in the Danish Special Force’s motto-Rather to be than to seem.
The brand’s AW20 offering serves up an array of understated colour palettes paired with innovative fabrics, reflective detailing and striking use of geo print, inspired Airforce Base Aalborg.
