Hardeman F/W2020 – LOVE HARDER

WE ARE IN LOVE! #Lookbook – Fashion brand Hardeman unveiled the new F/W2020 collection a with Sex-Positive Speed Dating Party in Manhattan. HARDEMAN uses denim to break all conventions. The Amsterdam-based brand takes everybody’s favorite material and transforms it into deconstructed, gender-fluid clothing that couldn’t be further from your trusty 501s. For their Fall/Winter 2020 Collection, Hardeman continues to open up the conversation around race, gender, sex, and class. In these safe spaces, a truly inclusive and forward-thinking identity for American fashion is taking shape. ‘LOVE HARDER’’ is a nostalgic throwback to adolescence, college dorms, and country cowboys. Never boring, always sexy and slightly off-center, the FW20 collection blends the unexpected and the familiar. Hardeman returns to NYFW with their ninth collection to steal national and international attention with her particular style of conscious playful innocence. /

Fueled by alternative dating app, Feeld , the Hardeman FW2020 collection “Love Harder” was presented by way of an interactive speed-dating performance at new venue The Dance in Manhattan, and hosted by Brooklyn Drag Queen, Chola Spears . Model “contestants” were introduced one by one to the stage, completing a few rounds of “dating” each other before releasing them to “date” the audience, looking for love. The presentation then seamlessly transitioned into the after party via a surprise pop-up musical performance by Raven Artson , followed by a special set combining live performance and karaoke by True Blue & Ale, dj sets by Beshken and M. James, and a raucous live performance by Cuntmafia closed the night with a bang. During the after party rounds of social mingling, guests were pleasantly surprised by sexy gifts provided by Sutil Lube , The Stockroom , and Dame Products .

Born in Amsterdam and enticed by Americana to Los Angeles, Hardeman is a gender-fluid brand living a tale of two cities.
