House of Holland AW16

Catwalk review by Jess Richardson-Smith! It’s no surprise that the muse for Henry Holland’s latest collection is the ultimate party girl. When you see the loyal fandom of IT girls on his front row, it’s obvious that his inspiration has come easily for him. Bringing together the two party decades of the 1920’s and the 1970’s, both completely different their stereotypical fashion, Holland has combined two decades in a fun yet complimenting way.

Giving ode to the 20’s girls flapper dress and the want of sexual freedom from the 70’s. Mixing this with a bright colour palette and some over the top accessories, Holland has once again bought sequin and sparkle like (quite literally) to the catwalk.
