New York-based dark pop/house duo, B3D, re-imagined The Cure’s “Love Song”

“‘Love Song’ is a classic favorite of ours and when we recently came across it in our iTunes we both immediately knew we had to cover the classic hit,” B3D says about the creation process. “We felt we could take a twist on the track and create an instrumental that is stylistically opposite from the original and other popular covers such as 311 and Adele.”

B3D forges together an experienced duo with a diverse background in both popular mainstream and classical music.  This complementary skill set creates a truly unique sound.  B3D brings a high caliber of musicianship, song writing, and engineering into the production studio to set the tone for a new direction in today’s popular music.  B3D has over 30 years of deep and varied music experience.  Bruno Sutter and Deborah Robb are the B3D musical team.

Bruno has worked with Kanye West, Beyonce, Mary J Blidge, and Prince Royce, just a few of the prominent artists that that have been able to enjoy his engineering expertise.  He has worked with producers such as Rockwilder, Missy Elliot, Scott Storch and Elliot Scheiner and contributed the guitar backup for Justin Bieber’s single “U Smile”.  His work has taken him to many international locations.

Deborah hails from the Pacific Northwest where she began her formal musical training at the age of 4.  She holds a Bachelors Degree in Piano Performance from The Boston Conservatory and a Masters Degree in Piano Performance from Mannes College, part of the New School in New York City. In addition to her musicianship strengths, she employs a high level of programming skills using the latest digital audio software for her arrangements and compositions.

B3D fuels their brand with the fusion of high-energy music combined with classical music overtones.  Never content with the traditional “behind-the scenes” role, B3D marches forward into the next phase – writing, producing, and performing original chart-topping music.
