The source of inspiration of the collection Spring – Summer 2020 is the historical event, the space project of USSR “Luna-9”.
“Luna-9” – Soviet automatic interplanetary station for the exploration of the Moon and outer space. On February 3, 1966, for the first time in the history of space exploration, Luna-9 made a soft landing on the surface of the moon and for the first time transmitted an image of the lunar surface to the earth.
A game of contrasts of fabrics and silhouettes are used in the collection that refer us to the main theme of the spring-summer season. This is a light organza reminiscent of weightlessness. Feminine silhouettes are inspired by the shape of the Luna-9 station, which has a stylized flower shape. In contrast, unified forms and silhouettes are used, with elements of utopian stylization that remind us of many books and films.
Main colors of the collection are black, orange, gray, beige and white. Orange in contrast with black sends us to the night when we see the bright moon on the black sky, this combination of colors and shapes is a utilitarian one. Also in the collection are used silhouettes and details of uniform, which are the trademark of the brand.
Gray, beige and white (organza) – is an interpretation of the panorama of the lunar surface, transmitted by the “Luna-9”. In the spring-summer collection, as in each season of the brand, there are unisex clothes that hide gender, emphasizing the state of mind.
