I observe my models and my daily life to create a poetic narrative of the image seeking after a certain texture and sensitivity, a movement, an expression and a light that will captivate attention. MY BOYS is an Editorial made in collaboration with the fashion designer Daniela Pereira and the models João and Tomás from the L´Agence. For her creation and styling, Daniela inspired from Jean Michel Basquiat one of the most famous artist from the Street Art exploring his personality, origine and behavior. She played with superposition of fabrics, colors and patterns. For this Editorial inspiring from Daniela and Jean Michel Basquiat works, we wanted to create a mood of two boys who are united in an urban setting with a strong light using wear and layers of paint on the walls.” says Sara de Jesus Bento.
