Kyoko Takemura is a Japanese conceptual photographer based in Berlin. Canned is a photographic series to reveal the unnatural nature of canned food. The foodstuffs were taken from tins, solidified and photographed. Takemura projects aim to explore the hidden truths in everyday life objects, such as food, the human body and the universe.
