On July 21, 2025, the 28 graduates from the Bachelor’s and Master’s programs in Fashion Design at the Weißensee Academy of Art Berlin will unveil their final collections in collaboration with the Kunstgewerbemuseum at the Kulturforum Berlin during the seefashion25 – Graduate Fashion Show. Captured through the lens of Johanna Maria Dietz, this editorial shoot brings together selected looks from the students’ collections, embracing the central theme of the show:
“A Collective Journey” – showcasing individual creative expressions,
personal perspectives, and a strong political consciousness.
In an era marked by increasing financial cuts to arts and culture funding, seefashion25 transcends the boundaries of a traditional fashion show; it stands as a testament to self-organisation, solidarity, and creative resistance. This event embodies the spirit of a new generation of designers, redefining fashion as a powerful medium for social commentary and collective empowerment.
