A KALTBLUT exclusive by Juan Lobo and Tony Hortal. Both are Barcelona-based creatives who have worked together on many other projects. The model is Elvira Bil. Make up by Antonella Cerda Araneda.
Juan is originally from Barcelona and he has been working with film and stills for the last two decades releasing many short films that are shown in international film festivals around the globe. Tony, originally from Barcelona too, has been working in fashion and the film industry in London for the last twenty years and now is back in his home town to create new exciting work.
For this project they thought about a character who likes to dress up but challenges mainstream stereotypes, make-up was a big part of it as the concept of beauty is constantly changing, and they wanted to showcase an alternative way to express themselves with a different approach to delicacy and elegance.
