leaving behind a veil of melancholy
for the times that were and the nature we lost.
Those who reside far from the city
often flee from the chaos,
only to find themselves in a maze of grey concrete,
with fragments of sky confined within the cracks.
Yet, deep down, it is nature that we all crave.
