Statement outerwear takes centre stage, featuring brown aged leather trenches and waxed cotton smocks lined with vivid red shearling, channelling the height of celebrity culture. A cheeky T-shirt adorned with an appliqué and rhinestones, proclaiming I LOVE DAVID, pays homage to Beckham’s legendary I KISS FOOTBALL jersey.
DMeanwhile, the influence of Michelangelo’s David breathes life into the collection through draped T-shirts that cascade across the body with marble-like elegance. Koma subverts the playful ‘souvenir’ apron, traditionally risqué, by reimagining it in sumptuous lace crochet, while graphic elements inspired by the statue artfully treat the body as a canvas.
