Der Berliner Salon at Gemäldegalerie

As part of Berlin Fashion Week, the 10th-anniversary exhibition of DER BERLINER SALON is now open to the public at the prestigious Gemäldegalerie. This exquisite event showcases a diverse selection of over 50 designers, under the curatorial vision of Christiane Arp, chairwoman of the Fashion Council Germany, and Marcus Kurz, managing director of the creative agency Nowadays and the driving force behind the Berliner Salon. The group exhibition presents a dynamic cross-section of the contemporary German design scene, highlighting the promotion of emerging talent.

One of the standout features of this year’s Berliner Salon is the innovative presentation format RAUM Berlin. Here, three designers—Anne Bernecker, Gerrit Jacob, and Namilia—each present an impressive array of ten looks, offering a broader public insight into their artistic endeavours, thanks to support from the Fashion Council Germany.
