A KALTBLUT exclusive by Molly May Taylor and Kamilla Musland. Both are Melbourne-based creatives, who have collaborated more than once. Kamilla is originally from Norway and has mastered all three mediums film, motion and stills.
Molly a freelance Stylist, has spent years working in London under some of the industry’s biggest names. Both have been published internationally time and time again and are dedicated to their chosen craft and perfecting the final image. For this project, they focus a celebratory lens on their local Trans/ENBY community.
The misinformation surrounding this community felt at an all-time high this year – whether it be from mainstream news sources or ignorant acquaintances. Kamilla and Molly wanted to offer an alternative media, showcasing the beauty of the people in question. They wanted to contribute something positive and supportive, in opposition to the misguided fear most media choose to focus on. They wanted to emphasise the grace and unique spirit of people living so authentically as themselves.
