A Culinary Delight

One of the festival’s standout experiences was the special presentation of MACABITE, Mallorca’s iconic culinary creation, introduced on the first day in the Premium area. This gourmet tapa, envisioned by chef Maca de Castro and Estrella Damm, featured crispy coca bread, stewed cabbage, a medley of Mallorcan spices, and a refreshing hint of Estrella Damm beer—an embodiment of the local flavours and Mediterranean culture.
