This gourmet tapa, envisioned by chef Maca de Castro and Estrella Damm, featured crispy coca bread, stewed cabbage, a medley of Mallorcan spices, and a refreshing hint of Estrella Damm beer—an embodiment of the local flavours and Mediterranean culture.
