Last year Eric went on a three-month trip in Europe. Instead of staying in cities, he spent most of the time traveling on a bicycle in the countryside. Eric rodes across 2000 miles without a certain direction, with his Nikon F-801 film camera.
“The brain and the outside world are interconnected. Cycling through the wild makes life simpler and helps me forget the unnecessary desires. This landscape reflects exactly the opposite of consumerism which is commonly found in our modern society. This creates a sense of simplicity and a sentiment that stems from the communication between human beings and the mother nature.”
