Styling by Francesca Cruccu. “In this editorial, we tried to explore the depths of humans thoughts about the aetiology of evil, sociopathic disorder and as you can see by the resemblance of Rafe, we were inspired by Jeffrey Dahmer. I have always been super fascinated by evil character, serial killer and in general “ the bad guy”. Not because is the opposite of the good one but because I always am curious to know what kind of experiences can let a man become what we called a monster. This morbid curiosity is always present in every of my work, in this one, in particular, I tried a lot to actually not just represent a bad guy but I tried to let people feel something for him, not pity, not anger but something more delicate. Since I started my career as a stylist I always used material that belongs to bdsm: latex, leather, PVC because I feel very close to this world, and so I did in ETIOLOGY.” says Francesca Cruccu.
