This editorial starring a young russian gay couple who migrated to Argentina, fleeing the politics of their country, plays with iconic elements of Buenos Aires through the styling and location, showcasing the connection and cultural exchange between both countries.
Fernando Bruno is a designer and art director born and raised on the edges of Buenos Aires. Since the age of 12, he has devoted his free time to photography, which gradually grew into one of his professional practices. Colour, sexuality, camp, and the uncanny are recurring territories in his work. Through his projects, he has photographed well-known drag queens, musicians, and actors from the Argentine scene, while also developing editorials that feature people with no previous modelling experience, such as the series presented here.
