“My name is Shenhav Bar, and I am a 24-year-old artist and fashion designer from Tel Aviv. I recently graduated from Shenkar College with a specialization in fashion design. My artistic journey began with painting, particularly on the human body, which deepened my fascination with form, texture, and movement. Art and aesthetics have always been central to my identity, and fashion has become the ultimate medium for me to merge creativity, craftsmanship, and storytelling into a tangible expression of beauty and concept.”

“What happens when love and societal expectations collide? In my latest collection, I HAVE A CRASH ON YOU, I explore the paradox of marriage—both a symbol of love and a carefully constructed social ritual. The collection deconstructs wedding traditions through a cynical and ironic lens, juxtaposing extravagant wedding ceremonies with militaristic aesthetics.
By incorporating innovative materials such as water-molded leather and industrial, military-inspired textiles, the sculptural silhouettes shape the body while reflecting the tension between individuality and ceremonial attire. The editorial encapsulates themes of love, collapse, and hyper-capitalist culture, questioning why wedding culture thrives in times of crisis.”
“As a graduate of Shenkar College of Fashion Design, my work merges traditional craftsmanship with experimental innovation. My material research led me to collaborate with industrial designer Adir Yakobi on a series of 3D-printed handbags, redefining the relationship between digital design, fashion, and tactility while pushing the boundaries of wearable art.
This vision was brought to life through collaboration with a talented creative team, including a custom wig designer, a wedding cake artist, and photographer Adi Admoni. Admoni’s monochromatic editing style emphasizes emotional detachment while enhancing the polished glamour of the wedding world, reinforcing the collection’s thought-provoking and subversive aesthetic.”
