Following the successes of her recent singles “Polo” and “Freak It,” “I Like Ur Look” solidifies Kim’s most personal and fearless era yet, a fusion of her club roots, sharp-witted lyrics, and emotional honesty. This new single not only reflects where she stands now but also sets the foundation for her future. In the days leading up to the release, Kim shared snippets of “I Like Ur Look” on social media, sparking waves of excitement among her fans that have only continued to grow. Earlier this month, Kim made headlines at Paris Fashion Week, from the shows of Ann Demeulemeester and Courrèges to her stunning appearance at the BoF500 Gala, securing her status as a pop innovator and global style icon. Additionally, this week she graces the first cover of the Antwerp-based magazine Enfnts Terribles Magazine, featuring a pop-art shoot by photographer Luke Abby.

This summer, Kim took the PRIDE festivals across the country by storm, showcasing her new music for the first time and thrilling fans from West Hollywood to Boston, including at the World Pride Music Festival. She continued her foray into the fashion world, mingling with celebrities at the Balenciaga couture show and spinning records at the official Balenciaga after-party alongside her recent collaborator Margo XS. Furthermore, Kim delivered an iconic performance at the opening of the Ottolinger show at Berlin Fashion Week.

Kim Petras finds and shares her solace in pop music. Long before she made history as a GRAMMY® winner, global sensation, and elite songwriter, she grew up in a rural area of Germany. Isolated, lonely, and misunderstood, she found refuge and connection in pop music, studying and revering goddesses like Madonna, Britney Spears, Kylie Minogue, and Gwen Stefani. By immersing herself in the music and deeply analysing the lyrics, she even learned English, with Britney Spears’ songs having a significant influence. T
