Their new work, KITSCHKRIEG ZWEI, represents a radical reimagining of pop music tailored for the rave scene. This new album not only serves as a nostalgic reunion with their roots but also represents an exhilarating leap forward, an invitation to reinvent and evolve until transformation reigns once more.
The album campaign bursts into life with the stunning track “Nichts mehr,” featuring Ennio, captivating listeners and leaving them eager for more. Today, we celebrate the unveiling of another exquisite song, “Sommerregen,” showcasing the shimmering vocals of Domiziana and the dynamic talents of MilleniumKid. Set to release on May 29, 2026, KITSCHKRIEG ZWEI embodies the spirit of change that has come to define KITSCHKRIEG in recent years.

Reflect on the whirlwind of triumph the duo experienced in Germany, the number one hits, platinum records, awards, and collaborations with a diverse range of artists from Nena to Bonez. Fizzle and Fiji Kris, taking their signature black-and-white aesthetic to the USA in 2023, teamed up with the likes of Future and Mariah The Scientist, cementing their status as international producers. Rooted in Berlin yet driven by a vision of rhythm and sound, they have crafted an innovative electronic sound that translates the iconic KITSCHKRIEG vibe into a modern format.
KITSCHKRIEG ZWEI draws inspiration from an expansive sonic landscape, melding elements from Kraftwerk to the electrifying Berlin nightlife, alongside future-retro rave breaks from the UK. The result is a musical melting pot that marries established KITSCHKRIEG trademarks—synths, minor chords, and a powerful mix of melancholic melodies and driving beats, with the fresh voices of a new generation rising through the German music scene. This generation, having grown up with KITSCHKRIEG’s early sounds, the emotional tides of “Skyline” and “Messer,” the euphoric rush of “Standard,” and the driving momentum of “Unterwegs”, now works alongside the architects of their musical upbringing to create something exceptional: a new pop that fosters limitless possibilities and ignites creativity.
Lyrically, KITSCHKRIEG ZWEI navigates the complexities of human connection, exploring the thrill of the moment against the backdrop of modern life’s chill. It reflects the gamble of seeking happiness while confronting the perpetual fear of losing what little we possess. Featuring twelve tracks, plus an introductory piece, the album showcases an array of unexpected collaborations alongside meticulously crafted solo performances. In addition to this musical journey, KITSCHKRIEG ZWEI arrives as a visual album, a continuous performance film morphing into a stylised rave for the camera, existing at the intersection of art and entertainment, echoing Warhol’s spirit. The visual experience, both minimalistic and awe-inspiring, centres around the formidable Killasan Soundsystem, a staple from their first album installation at Berlin’s König Galerie. This system not only channels highs and lows but also embodies the very essence and timeline of electronic club music. As KITSCHKRIEG notes, “A soundsystem is like a space that reflects the history of what has happened within it.” Here, artists from diverse backgrounds unite, free from ego and politics, to contribute to a greater whole and continue writing history.
