Ricardo Caliolio, Jr., is an artist and photographer from the Philippines but currently residing in Osnabrück, Niedersachsen. Ricardo and his wife arrived in Germany last March 2017 as asylum seekers/refugees. They left the Philippines because of its harsh and worsening sociopolitical climate. Manily Bay is a part of their story. Ricardo has always felt that his work has an intrinsic message that the world needs to see and hear and totally agree with him.
