Memento — the brainchild of visionary photographer Arnaud Ele — isn’t merely an editorial; it’s an emotive journey. The chronicle of the AW24-25 collection intertwines with the essence of the Berlin Showroom designers, conjuring an aesthetic odyssey that exudes both the ethereal and the progressive. CCY Currency, Dennis Chuene, Pugnat, Vladimir Karaleev, and W1P emerge like conjurers of fabric and thread, offering an exclusive glimpse into the spirit of Berlin’s design evolution.
Along the sultry Parisian streets and within the resolute stone walls of Palais Brongniart, silhouettes converse with the city’s soul. The narrative deepens as Alisia Wood, Asterisk, Elodie Carstensen, Haderlump, Luise Zücker, Mies Nobis, and Trippen etch their names into the annals of fashion’s New Testament through Memento’s pictorial tales.
Berlin Showroom: The Gateway to Berlin’s Fashion Prowess
Berlin Showroom is the destination in Paris to discover leading fashion design from Berlin. Berlin Showroom bi-annually presents the best of the German capital‘s fashion to international buyers and press providing a unique opportunity for groundbreaking and cutting-edge designers to promote themselves outside Berlin.
Berlin Showroom was initiated by Projekt Zukunft / Berlin’s Senate Department for Economics, Technology and Research. It is largely financed by the programme ‘Opening up New Markets’ and the EFRE fund. The joint presentation is realised by IDZ Designpartner Berlin GmbH in cooperation with Arne Eberle press+sales and the Regional initiative Projekt Zukunft.
