Eric Olson is a photographer and color grader based between New York and Los Angeles. Olson loves working with color in various forms of media, both analog and digital, film & stills. Eric goal when working with color, is to create a look that both seems unattainable while also being realistic & believable.
“Amanda & I have a large semi-precious mineral collection at home here in Brooklyn, and we are absolutely fascinated with these infinitely unique shapes, colors & formations that are created by Earth’s pressure over millions of years. We thought it would be beautiful to have the contrast of the intricate minerals next to the simple figure of man. We used mineral makeup for obvious ties to the story and Romana kept the makeup simple enough to not distract from the rocks, but also compliment them.”
