Maqu is a project created by Marisa Fuentes Prado. “I have been working since 2012 a collection of T-shirts from recycled fabrics in Perú.In 2015, I collected all the drawings and ideas after working in different studios in Copenhagen and Berlin, and I decided to give life to this new project called Avant Trash, that it has been worked with leftover and fabrics like Cotton, Neoprene, Viscose, Wool and recycled Leather for the shoes.” says Marisa Fuentes Prado. The designer moved a year ago to Berlin! Another young label in town to look at.
