“We were inspired by the pomp and circumstance of 1970s dances and proms in Europe and the USA to re-imagine such an occasion today. Our prom scene involves four central characters, with one being crowned Prom Queen while her begrudging peers look on. To emulate the decor of events from this era, the set design features a textured, metallic crescent moon surrounded by silver star embellishments, as well as 70s-style refreshments. Garments and accessories are vintage, from the era and sourced by us.”
