The Phoenix Service is a lifetime travel insurance policy for Eton’s White Signature Twill Shirt with a cutaway collar, available in super slim fit, slim fit, temporary fit, or classic fit. Offered free of charge with the purchase of a White Signature Twill Shirt, there’s no limit to the number of shirts one customer can buy. This offer is valid only for purchases made through Eton’s e-commerce platform at Etonshirts.com/page/phoenix. Proof of insurance will be emailed to you when the product is shipped. If an insured shirt is lost in checked baggage during a flight, it will be replaced free of charge. To qualify for the replacement, you must provide documentation from the airline confirming that the baggage is lost. The insurance is valid for ten years from the purchase date and covers one replacement per insured shirt.
