Step Right Up to Cutie Chaos: Dive into Harry Lambert & ZARA’s Enchanting Collaboration

Roll up, roll up! The fabulous duet of fashion stylist Harry Lambert and ZARA whisks you away into their whimsical Big Top with the Cutie Circus collection. This 70-piece marvel captures the vibrant hues and intricate details of an evocative carnival, designed to inspire joy reminiscent of a dazzling circus, a sunny beachside carnival, or a thrilling theme park.

Lambert infuses this collection with his hallmark flair, bridging past and present. Every piece is a homage to vintage charm, ensuring accessibility for all. When crafting the mood board, the spark came from a simple question: “What would I love to find while thrifting right now?” The resounding answer was rooted firmly in the eclectic Seventies. Lambert’s rigorous research dived into myriad photos and nostalgic memorabilia—from dress-up masks to grand circus arenas—resulting in a collection that encapsulates playful chaos with a fresh twist.

Expect an array of nostalgic creations: polka-dot shirts with matching ties, oversized tartan coats, and retro Harrington jackets. Lambert’s signatures are masterful use of colour palettes and joyful details, reflecting the community’s love for the first collection.

Look closely, and you’ll spot the circus spirit in every stitch. A cropped, ringmaster-like blazer exudes fancy-dress charm, rebellious in pairing with a casual ringer tee. Performance-inspired trousers transition into pastel corduroy and denim, blending the notion of clown-like attire with everyday wearability. Harlequin-patterned vests, patchwork knits, and cheeky mottos—‘Free popcorn’, anyone?—complete the circus vibe.

At the core of Cutie Circus are meticulously designed T-shirts, perfected through fit, form, and a wash that channels authentic worn-in looks. Stripes, slogans, and vibrant pops of colour brighten each ensemble, making every day a celebration.

The pièce de résistance? Exclusive illustrations by Aysha Nagieva. Guest artist Nagieva collaborated with Lambert to craft bespoke prints from his inspiration and her distinct style. “Creating these illustrations was such a joyous and immediate process,” Nagieva shares. “Working mainly in watercolours allowed us to capture that vintage circus nostalgia while keeping it contemporary. It’s an honour to bring Harry’s vision to life.”
