Drag houses from Amsterdam & beyond came together in this battle to become the leading drag house. Among the judges is celebrated Erwin Olaf, photographer and allround visual mastermind. Held in the beautiful venue of Paradiso—an old church—the draghouse-showdown battle included lip-syncing and dance-off’s, and all 9 houses showed their very best to claim the beloved title. Superball held its first edition in 2015, and ever since, drag culture in Amsterdam got a boost as more and more taboos are being broken.
