Susana met Joao at the launch of the CABEÇA CABEÇA a collective art project with the purpose to emancipate and give voice to Portuguese young talent. This collective is a breath of fresh air in the Portuguese art scene. Joao Felgueira is a talented photographer/videographer with a provocative and raw style. He explores youth, quirky surroundings and sexuality. At the moment, Joao Felgueira is developing his art and talent in London, at the University of Westminster studying Contemporary Media Practice. This photo editorial is inspired by youth in Europe. Some untouched locations along with the carefree, youthful and cool crowd brings back the “too cool to care” attitude that belongs not only to the 90s decade but it’s definitely owned by the Brooklynites.
