TTSWTRS, a brand celebrated for its exploration of human physicality through design and art, has launched its Fall–Winter 2025/26 collection, Skin Couture. This collection serves as a manifesto of self-acceptance, reframing the body as a vessel of inner freedom. It emphasises the emotional experiences tied to clothing, highlighting how garments can connect individuals to their bodies and memories.
The collection features body-hugging silhouettes that accentuate natural forms, alongside prints that mimic bare skin in their candid expression. These pieces delve into the connection between the physical and emotional dimensions of human nature, offering a fresh perspective on beauty and self-acceptance.
TTSWTRS’ in-house artists and art director have significantly contributed to the collection’s emotional depth, blending technical precision with raw emotion to shape its aesthetic. They collaborated with theatrical costume designer Nazar Didyk, who introduced innovative materials and techniques, enhancing the collection’s tactile contrasts and performative qualities.
Notably, the Skin Couture prints are inspired by photographs of real individuals recounting their journeys of insecurity and self-acceptance. Designs also feature collaboration with tattoo artist Mills, known for his intricate focus on form, texture, and vintage symbols that turn the body into a canvas.
Among the eleven pieces available for purchase, highlights include the transparent Melted bodysuit with voluminous polyurethane embellishments; Skin Couture jeans with adjustable carabiners and zippers for customizable fit; and the Vintage Tattoo jumpsuit adorned with lifelike prints and hand-applied crystals. The collection also showcases the Blur Ink ensemble of corset, top, and pants, the ethereal Aura dress, and the intricate Metamorph fringe dress, which exhibits a waterfall effect with pioneering print techniques.
Through Skin Couture, TTSWTRS continues its mission to redefine beauty, physicality, and self-expression, fostering an open dialogue between fashion and personal perception.
