Behind the artistic name Samantha Kandinsky hides a young Croatian fashion photographer, who lives and work in Ljubljana since 2011. She already has many publications abroad (i.e. Kaltblut magazine, Institute magazine, Vulkan magazine…) and solo exhibitions in Croatia in the year 2013 named “Chromantic dolls”, which was her first fashion editorial ever, Ljubljana in the year 2017 named “#FOODPORN” and in London the same editorial as in Ljubljana. She graduated in Ljubljana on the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Engineering; department Graphic and Media Technology. At the moment she’s on her master; department Graphic and Interactive Communication. Her photographies are edgy, provocative and raw. They show different life fazes, which are taken with lenses on her own and unique way, she likes a more distant approach. It expresses her ability to display her through photographies of other models. Her range covers a wide range of topics and the ability to emphasize in a comprehensive display of different subjects. Her fashion photography is not just an empty shells, but behind every single photography there is a wide story and a deeper meaning, which every observer needs to find and interpret for himself.
