“What happens to you when everyone disappears into their own lives and old routines as the darker months arrive? It explores the shift I feel when the season changes. The light fades earlier, city lights turn on before the afternoon is over, and the wind bites the skin.
During Scandinavian autumn and winter, people dress more warmly, and time slows down. I carry the memories and connections from summer longer than I should, still feeling them in my body. The longing for closeness and warmth is there, but it does not come easily.
As everything around me changes, I do too. When people slip back into their own lives, you are left wondering if the connections you made were real or only seasonal.
I´m a Norwegian photographer based in Oslo. My work blends beauty and melancholy through narrative-driven imagery, with a focus on identity, becoming and self-perception.”
