Hypersoft stands as a vibrant, queer-centric community and event series masterminded by TPR and DJ TEETH in Berlin, championing forward-thinking electronic soundscapes and bolstering Queer and FLINTA+ organizations with raised funds. This coming weekend marks their monumental two-year anniversary, unfolding as a mammoth 22-hour escapade across three levels at Club OXI. The celebration kicks off Saturday night and continues unabated until Sunday evening at 22:00. The event’s roster boasts both resident and guest luminaries, including Maara, Spray, Bliss Inc., Bambi, Desire, DJ Zozi, E-Talking, plus some highly anticipated B2B debut performances and additional unexpected delights.
In the year since its initiation in April 2022, Hypersoft has strategically held 19 diverse events, showcasing over 70 artists within 7 distinctive venues. They proudly count Cromby, Bliss Inc., Bambi, and Running Hot among their 8 core residents. With a frequent presence at their home venue, Berlin’s OXI, Hypersoft offers a platform to both emerging talent and established collectives in the local scene, alongside global acts that span the spectrum of the electronic genre. Their curated lineup has included the likes of revered artists Kasper Marott, Maara, Spray, innovators like Spekki Webu and Sunju Hargun, and iconic contributors such as nd_baumecker and Jane Fitz.
Beyond their rousing events, Hypersoft curates the “Nice Mix” series, maintains a standing residency at Refuge Worldwide, and has partnered with fellow thought-leading collectives, such as Fandango in Berlin, HORS-SOL in Paris, and Copenhagen’s Group Therapy, forging a collective spirit and sonic community.
In the end dance music is about people. There’s no separation; one doesn’t exist without the other. It’s about the connection between music and community, temporary and long-lasting; between each other, between our immediate world and people we don’t know yet, have never met, will never meet. Tickets are on sale via RA until 22:00 on the day of the event, and on the door. €1 from every ticket goes directly to Queer + FLINTA causes. Please note entry (including with advance tickets) is at the discretion of our door team.
