We paid a visit to Columbia Halle for the Berlin debut of Swedish folk duo First Aid Kit’s fourth album Ruins. Klara and Johanna Söderberg have been gracing us with their ethereal harmonies for the last decade, from their 2008 EP Drunken Trees to their gold selling album The Lion’s Roar. Something magical happens when the sisters get on stage, there’s a spirit and life to their music that seems to tap into a very particular and very human place in everyone witnessing their voices together. We were delighted to catch them at the start of their Ruins tour and welcome them back to Berlin anytime.
