South African born Fashion Director now living in Spain, with over 15 Years in the industry as a stylist. More recently a fashion director at Conde Nast SA, took the leap by moving to Europe to take on the international market, continuing to work with young new blood.
“The biggest joy of being part of this industry for so long is witnessing the much-welcomed inclusion of diversity, gender-less norms, trans-seasonal collections and “F**k you” freedom that fashion as a global industry has always had the power to move, inspire and drive. It’s dress up! A camouflage or an armour. Its whatever you want it to be, that’s how I’ve always approached styling. One can live fantasies and sometimes step away from realities. As a gay man I’m not afraid to take off my mask, but I like wearing it sometimes, in fact I have a few, they’ve travelled many lives with me. I wear them with pride, for me, not for you.”
